11/16/2020 I have nothing but good things to say about Myers Pediatric Dentistry! All of my children go for cleanings. My oldest goes for his braces. I just took my youngest today for tongue tie and lip tie revision. They are extremely knowledgeable and it is always a pleasant experience. They are always kind and patient with the kids. 08/15/2020 Love the doctors there, but scheduling staff are the worst. I scheduled appointments 3 months agai and they called me the day of the appointment to let me know that’s take make a mistake!!! They have 3 months to fix their mistake!!!After I took a day off now can’t get my annual visit. To top everything up the person who called me “the office manager “ was laughing like is no big deal and kind of rude!!! Sorry Dr. Mayer just lost three patients and if your staff continues like tike this will loose many more!!!! Supposedly manager was very unprofessional and talked to me in condescending way!!! 05/02/2019 If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. My boyfriend went there yesterday for a cleaning and they did X-rays, told him his Insurnace covers all of that. He gets to the end of his appointment and they say oh that’ll be $200. You don’t have dental insurance anymore. They should have verified his insurance like all other dental offices do before anything was done that day.. if he would have known he no longer had dental insurance he wouldn’t have came to his appointment. I know it’s the patients responsibility to know what insurance they have and when it changes or ends but he didn’t know due to certain circumstances. But it’s also the receptionist’s job to verify that the patient has insurance before they come in to get any work done POINT BLANK.. Victoria Wilkerson Google
12/17/2018 Dr. K is amazing. My son has had 3 crowns and countless filling put in (talking major dental work done over multiple sessions and he’s 6) and he still adores Dr. K and looks forward to seeing her. She always is concerned for the child and wants to avoid unnecessary trauma that will create fear of the dentist in adulthood. She is absolutely wonderful and we drive all the way from Mandarin to see her. Can’t recommend enough. He even wants a PlayDoh dentistry set for Christmas 😂. E Anderson Google
08/24/2018 This place is fantastic. I have 3 "active" boys and one who was very fearful from a bad experience elsewhere---they actual LIKE going to the dentist now. Also, I appreciate that they do early interventional ortho type therapy. We have been MANY times with all 3 kids and have NEVER had a bad experience. You will not find a better place around! 08/22/2018 This place is one word "amazing"!! The staff is wonderful with children, they make them feel comfortable and wanting to return. The main waiting area is very roomy, they have a television, and a big wooden boat the kids can play in. The back waiting room has video games and seating as well. The office is nice and open, each station has a tv. They are one of the few dentists that allow you to go back with your child.
