One of my favorite techs is Brittany but we’ve had several of the other tech and they do a great job as well. 03/01/2023 I am very dissatisfied with the braces service we have received for our son. He needed two sets so we did the first set with Myers under the impression that we would get a discount on the second set when he needed them. His 1st set of braces added the gap he needed so he could potentially avoid having permanent teeth removed. Everything was great till it came time to do his 2nd set. We paid over $300 for films and came for our consult. I was the informed that he would need to have permanent teeth removed because the gap the 1st set of braces created was gone. The 1st set of braces were removed too early. Now all of a sudden they can’t handle his case and we have to be referred to another orthodontist. I feel like they took thousands from us for a set of braces that were removed to soon and now won’t help us. They then took over $300 for films for a 2nd set they will not do. We will be starting over with a new orthodontist with no discount and no insurance since it was used for the 1st set. This is unacceptable! My son now has to have permanent teeth removed so he has space for other teeth. This should never have happened. Thousands of dollars later and we are starting over. Melissa Squires Google
02/16/2023 The Dr. Myers and the staff are always nice and gentle. They make the kids feel welcome and safe. Both of my youngest kids had tongue tie and lip tie. He did the surgery and they are fine now. I deft trust him and his staff. Another thing I absolutely love about them is they wash their hands before starting on each client . You don't have to ask. 02/03/2023 I love how informative and engaging Dr K was!! She was really awesome with the kids! They loved her and the dental techs, they loved their whole experience, and can't wait to go back!!! We try to be more holistic, and she was very respectful and was able to give options and reasons why she would recommend different options. The whole staff and experience was great. 11/10/2022 I would not recommend going to this dr for a tongue tie surgery. I was told he performs these on adults. The staff was dismissive of my concerns when I called before the surgery. He did not use any sutures on my adult mouth --which AFTERWARDS I was told by other frenectomy specialists that is what they do-- and it closed up tighter and worse than before it was done. I could not get in to have him see it, could not get to talk to him on the phone and then could not get another surgery scheduled for 3 more months--even though this procedure takes like 10-15 minutes TOPS. I emailed him last week to ask some questions and have still not heard back. :( Jenny Lane Google
09/15/2022 first time taking my 5 year old here and she LOVED it. She’s brushed her teeth 5 times since we’ve been home and flossed more than she has in her five years. Keeps telling everyone how brave she was and she went back with out mommy for X-rays and cleaning. The atmosphere is so awesome. Being able to see everything in the open concept is great! The hygenist was super sweet and knowledgeable along with the doctor and Dr. Myers even stopped by to check on her when Dr Brandon was going over a review of her teeth! Very family oriented here.
