01/05/2023 If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I was referred here (hodges location) by a family member about a year ago for my daughter. She needed an extraction done. After her nitrous gas was administered, my daughter became sick. The Dr. seemed very annoyed and aggravated that it happened, the assistant even asked me to "get up and help with your daughter" (the vomit out of her hair and chair). What a nightmare for a little girl to experience! Next, comes the billing department. They never tell you what your treatment plan will cost, insurance billing department is a joke. I even made a payment plan and they didn't let me schedule a follow up appointment! The girl I spoke to about it was very, very rude. She said things like "yep, nope" responses with the worst attitude. I will never come back to this dreaded place. A B Google
12/05/2022 We've been going to Myers ever since my oldest had her first tooth (she's 7). Its always busy but we schedule their appts each visit (so 6 month ahead). Today i receive a call that I need to contact them due to our appt for January needs to be reschedule due to staff issues. I called and they said next available is July ... July 2023!!... that is 6 months away... The girls need their teeth cleaned every 6 month, its standard practice. I asked to be considered for a different date as it wasn't me trying to reschedule, it was due to their staff issues. The secretary simply said she'll cancel my appt and to call if I want to book the appt for July. I have private insurance and honestly don't need this issues in my life right now. 09/27/2022 Took my 5 year old daughter there today and she had alot done. Well we are home now and she tells me "mom she was a great dentist". Lol I think that says it all. Thank you! lydia idris Google
09/20/2022 Our daughters retainer had fallen out and needed to be reinstalled. So we called and an appointment was made mid-week and mid-day causing our daughter to miss a day school. No problem, we would just get a Dr note.
On the day of the appointment, we received a text stating the appointment was at the Middleburg office (well over an hour away for us traveling from Jax beach).
At the time the appointment was made, we were never once told the appointment was in Middleburg. We have always gone to beach blvd location.
We called the beach blvd office (again) hoping to simply reschedule and stop in pick up a school note for our daughter (who had now missed most of her school day) but the lady who answered the phone refused. In a very condescending tone, she said "if we didn't see your daughter, we can't provide a note. Sorry. " as if writing a note explaining the simple mixup was somehow unethical or wrong. Instead, we had to spend additional time in the school administration office explaining why our daughter missed most of the school day. Thankfully the school staff was much more rational than the staff at Myers.
This was such a minor issue that could have been remedied so quickly and easily, but this child-minded receptionist instead chose to create the most petty experience I have ever had with any professional place of business.
We will never go back and we'll be sure share our negative experience with our family and friends. Jason Fashner Google

07/26/2022 Great place to take your children. Everyone was so friendly and really made it a great experience for my 5 and 11 year old. We hope to be patients here for the long run. In your goodie bag, there is a token that you can use at the toy machine/dispenser. Nice touch, Myer's!!! Leah Crafts Google

07/12/2021 My daughter had her first dentist appt today. Everyone I encountered was so kind and welcoming including the receptionist who was doing multiple things at the same time. She still took a second to welcome us warmly. Even though my daughter was scared and cried, the hygienist and dentist were so kind and gentle with her. I should have gotten the name of the hygienist- she was wonderful, I remember she had long blonde hair. Thank you Myers dentistry for being so patient and kind! Ellen Watson Google
04/28/2021 I have NEVER had a better experience..I have 3 children age 12, 6 and 4. In my years of being a mom I have never seen a doctor/dentist/nurse care for my kids and treat them so special the way they did. Ive only been to a few appointments but I can tell the experience my children have had with them they will hold on to for years. Growing up I always feared going to the dentist, soon as we got in the car my kids was asking when can we come back. Absolutely amazing experience for my kids and me. Thank you all so very much!
They are not in network with Tricare Primes dental insurance unfortunately. BUT worth every out of pocket expense. Highly recommend!!! Kinda wish they took adults..lol C Ross Google

04/07/2021 My 10 year old son had his first tooth removed and 4 fillings done by Dr. K. and technician Brie this morning... and to say I’m blown away is an understatement. They were so gentle and explained to him every single thing they were doing and what to expect (on a level he would understand). I could tell they made him feel at ease through the whole process. We were in and out in 30 mins. My son is pain free and is quickly on the road to recovery.
Secondly, I love that the office allows parents in the room during procedures. Growing up I went to military dentists and I hated that I was alone for these big procedures.

09/27/2020 Our baby had a bad lip tie and I couldn’t breastfeed her without being in pain. One 10 minute procedure with Dr. Myers using the laser on her, and I could instantly feed her without pain. His team was also extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Myers also does a great job sitting down and explaining everything to you about what is the issue and what he can do to help. We highly recommend to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist who will do everything they can in the best interest for the child :) Kimmy Keyser Google
03/21/2020 My kids and I love this place, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. I have never waited more that 5 - 10 mins max no matter what time I go! Clean fun environment !!!! Has video games for the kids while they wait and a movie to watch while they are in the chair. Defiantly recommend ! Dena Swank Google
03/16/2020 The professionalism has always been pretty good, the front office always make our visit convenient and quickly as possible. The dental assistants occasionally suggest diagnosis which should be done by the dentist. I’m aware they see a lot and are possibly right but that’s clearly out of their scope of practice. 03/10/2020 Staff super professional, caring, and full of helpful information! Our little ASDer won’t let anyone brush, floss, or look at his teeth, but they were able to look, clean, and floss all of his teeth! Dentist was friendly and singing to our little guy and he enjoyed every minute of it! Definitely recommend this dental office! Grimage Homeschool Google
03/05/2020 Great staff, very friendly but If you are at the Southside office for Ortho treatment, they only see Ortho on Wednesdays. If you have a bracket or wire break you will either have to drive way over to the Middleburg office or have to wait a week. Very hard to do if you have a job and your kid has school. Also Southside office is closed on Thursday and Friday's. jennifer dorsey Google
